Brunswick Staffers Finish First and Second at Metro Detroit Masters Tournament

Brunswick Regional Staff Member, Mason Brantley, Detroit, Mich., won the Metro Detroit USBC Association Masters Tournament at Astro Lanes in Madison Heights, Mich., recently, when he defeated David Ewald, Macomb, Mich., 699-681 to win the $4,000 first prize and the title.

“This is absolutely number one in my career,” said the 29-year-old Brantley. “I’m very happy where my game is going.”

Ewald, also a Brunswick Regional Staff member, took home second place and a check for $2,000. Ewald was the top qualifier with 2,354, and also scored one of two top games of 299.
