Brunswick European Staff Dominates European Men’s Championship

Brunswick European staff member, David Canady, of Germany, bowled a 300 game at the European Men’s Championship held at Dreambowl in Munich, Germany. He bowled the 300 during the Masters portion of the tournament and it was the first time in the history of the EMC Masters anyone had shot 300.

He was bowling a short sport pattern at the time and used the Avalanche Urethane.

IIn addition, the following achievements were made by Brunswick Staff:

Doubles – Tobias Gäbler (Brunswick Spobag Staff)  Bronze Medal with Marco Baade

Trios – Kimmo Lehtonen (Brunswick European Pro Staff) Bronze Medal with Pertu Jussila, Jaria Ratia

Team – Kimmo Lehtonen (Brunswick European Pro Staff), Peteri Salonen (Oy Brunswick) Bronze Medal with Osku Palermaa, Pertu Jussila, Jaria Ratia, Jonas Jähi

Team – Jimmy Dan Mortensen (VBS Bowling Staff) Gold Medal with Jesper Agerbo, Anders Lousdal, Mik Stampe, Thomas Larsen, Fredrik Ohrgaard

Records – Kert Truus (Estonia) 300 Pins in Team Event on Short oil with C-System 4.5 – 7th Player ever to play a 300 at an EMC
                     Kert is the first player to hold the record in youth and adult European championships
